Ny leilighet på 55 m2 med to soverom. Balansert ventilasjon. Termostat på alle rom. Romslige dobbeltsenger (180 cm bredde) på begge soverommene. Sovesofa med bredde på 120 cm kan res opp til 1-2 personer i tillegg. Sjøutsikt og utgang til hage. Rolig og fredelig nabolag med lekeplass og turområder like ved. Kort vei til butikk og bussholdeplass. Det tar omkring 20 minutter med buss til sentrum.
Du får hele leiligheten for deg selv. Vi har selvinnsjekk med kodelås. Skulle det være noe, er det bare å ta kontakt! Vi hjelper deg gjerne. Vi bor selv i en annen del av huset.
Rolig nabolag, turområder og lekeplass i umiddelbar nærhet. Familievennlig.
Det er plass til å parkere en bil på eiendommen, og flere biler lengre opp i gata. Gratis parkering.
