Spacious and comfortable villa with a sunlit terrace. The interior of the residence has been partially renovated and boasts a high standard. Parking for multiple cars right outside the door. Guests are free to use the barbecue hut on the property, providing a cozy retreat during inclement weather. The house is well-equipped, featuring wifi from Altibox and a new 65' TV. The spacious bathroom includes a fairly large shower cabin and ample space for toiletries, etc. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, providing plenty of room for up to 7 guests. The beds are furnished with new mattress toppers, duvets, and pillows, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The large living room features a very comfortable lounge, a wood-burning stove, and a dining area with ample seating for everyone. Beds are made before arrival.
