Utleie av stabbur inne på tunet, perfekt for 2 personer, men det er plass til 4 personer da det er sovesofa i stuen. Det er dobbelseng på hemsen. Stor hage med muligheter til å sitte i fred, med flere griller. Det er også en stor brygge på ca 100kvm, som det er full mulighet til å bruke. Tennisbane er det også på området som kan bookes. Oterøy er et fint turområde, med kragerøskjærgårdens fineste utsikt og fine padle muligheter. Har du båt har vi båtplass. Det er en stor utedo.
