Picnic areas are only a few minutes drive away. Enjoy the view from the terrace, the Førdespodlen, an arm of the Bømlafjord, stretches majestically before your eyes. The varied coastal landscape invites you to go on excursions, e. g. to the Ryvarden lighthouse or the Valestrand Cultural Church. Approx. 10 km to Førde with shopping facilities. Also Leirvik u.
