Situated on the main road, close to the supermarkets and the beach - Saint Clair , the place is always warm when the sun is out, otherwise it has 2 heat pumps. Nice polished wooden floors provide fresh air as almost no dust. It is the upper floor and there are 2 stairways to access so it might be not a good idea for someone who has problems with walking up the stairs. There are 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. The internet with fibre Max unlimited could do a great job for your wifi using.
