CBD four levels. Ground ; can be used for parking or sleeping. Five extra fold up beds that can be used anywhere in the property you like. Level 2 ;Lounge with 65” flatscreen TV. Kitchen with oven, cooktop, fridge/freezer, dishwasher etc. Level 3 ; Bedroom with Queen size bed and wardrobe. Bedroom with wardrobe, Bathroom with shower and toilet. Level 4 has large master bedroom with 55” TV, large walk in wardrobe, ensuite with bath, shower, and toilet. Your host has lived in Auckland all his life. So can answer most of your questions about it. Under 2 minutes are 12 restaurants, a supermarket,and beautiful Myers park.
Meeting people and enjoys fixing things and renovating properties. Also loves fishing. And has built his own designed amphibious boat. (See Amphibious One on utube.
