Beautifully position on the shores of Lake Wakatipu, close to town with expansive views of The Remarkables and surrounding peaks Open the door to Lakeside for the perfect holiday... Situated right on the edge of the lake with uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is the perfect spot for your Queenstown holiday. The apartment is set over three levels with the twin bedroom on the top level, the spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining area on the middle level and a queen bedroom, bathroom and master bedroom with en-suite on the bottom level. Both the mid and bottom level has extensive lakeside balconies with uninterrupted lake and mountain views. Lakeside is located just minutes from central Queenstown. Enjoy a stroll or bike ride along the Frankton Track which will take you into town in just 15 minutes. You won't want to leave Lakeside! A Harcourts staff member is on call after hours to deal with emergencies. However, our staff work normal business hours. If your call is not an emergency and can be dealt with during normal business hours, we kindly ask you to think twice before calling. Please contact us if you have any problems during your stay and not the Villa Del Lago Reception. Thank You. AGE OF GUESTS Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age. MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD The minimum rental period for all holiday homes is 3 nights, except during Christmas and New Year Periods where a minimum of 5 nights is required ‘Please note that the Villa del Lago complex has a strict ‘no party’ policy. Such disruption within the complex or to other guests will be referred to the local police’.

With the Frankton track right beneath your doorstep, enjoy a beautiful stroll to town or head towards the Boat Shed Cafe for a coffee or Altitude brewing for a local Queenstown pint. Situated in near both the airport and Queenstown central, location is ideal. A car is recommended but not necessary as public transport is right nearby.
