This spectacular property in the fully restored Haddin Court Apartments is a few mins walk to the town centre. Chic modern decor compliments the stunning beauty and history, which was lovingly exposed as a tribute to her past...all while making this a funky, easy space to enjoy. An executive rustic industrial decor and open plan living with full kitchen make it comfortable and a great place to relax... or sit on the deck in the private courtyard and have a wine or two

Neighbourhood information

Situated only a short walk to town, Blenheim is a funky, relaxed little town with so much you can do. Marlborough and the surrounding district have options galore for day trips and adventures from wine tours to tramping and cycling to boating in the sounds. So many options...walk, bike, drive, boat .... or maybe skip if you're happy 😁 It is an easy flat walk into the town centre that takes between 5 to 10 min depending on the length of your legs....and fitness.
