Modern Beachfront apartment. When location counts this stylish apartment with beach across the road ticks all the boxes. Very private and quiet location with only the sound of surf and birds. Orewa town centre, Silverdale Shopping Mall and many great beaches and Regional Parks in very close proximity. There are plenty of Cafes, restaurants and supermarkets within minutes for your convenience. Paddle boards available on request. Secure off street parking
