2 bedroom, modern, fully equipped stand alone apartment style house in small settlement. Large private deck area with outdoor charcoal BBQ/fire pit. Big night skys. 500 meters from the ocean at the base of Banks Peninsula. 10 klm to Little River (Bar/restaurant, cafe's, art gallery) 45 minute drive from central Christchurch and 45 minutes to Akaroa. Collect gem stones or fish from the beach. Adjacent to a bike trail that runs from Christchurch to Little River - 'The Rail Trail'. 9klm to Kaituna Golf Course.

Birdlings Flat sits at the base of Banks Peninsular between two lakes and a wild ocean beach (too dangerous for swimming). The beach is most famous for fishing, gem stone hunting or unwinding to the sound of the breaking waves. The property is a 45min drive from Christchurch city and is 45min from the Akaroa township. 10klm to Little River cafes and a restaurant/bar. The Kaituna golf course is a 10 min drive away. within 2 hours of 2 ski fields (Porter Heights and Mount Hutt).
