Welcome to The Cozy Hutt Home, your home away from home. It is a compact two-bedroom flat equipped with private kitchen. Cook your comfort food or simply order online from your favorite take away shops close by. i It is just a 2-minute drive going to the City Centre and close to transport links - rail, bus or motorway. The popular Brewtown is also nearby as well as the cycle trail, parks and kids playgrounds. About the space: There are two rooms available. Each has queen bed with pillows, bed linens, heater and electric blanket. The first room has a work desk and a comfy chair if you need to work or quickly catch up on your emails. Please note though that the second room with a queen bed setup is a bit smaller an suitable for 1 adult or two kids. A cot is available on request. There is a sofa-bed in the lounge and a 43-inch Smart TV. You can sign in with your own Netflix/Sky account or use ours if you don't have one. You can watch using Freeview for NZ channels or simply tune in to your favorite YouTube channel. A ducted heat-pump to keep you warm is installed in the living/dining room. Infinity hot water also installed. Yep, there is WI-FI, unlimited and included. There are two units in the property and we live next door. :) We have a small dog, a 4-year old bichon frise that can be barky sometimes when seeing new people, just his way of saying hello. So, please always keep the gates shut. The property is close to the main road so you may hear traffic early morning. Saves us the alarm clock. Plenty of trees in the surrounding area so if you are lucky you may hear tuis and kakas singing and performing. :) We recently notice ants in the kitchen. We have already setup ant bait around the unit. Please keep the counter top clean from sweets and crumbs. For security and safety purposes, we recently installed security cameras outside the property. Please let us know if you have concerns.

Clouston Park is a few blocks away from the Upper Hutt Mall and the surrounding shops. This unit is a few steps away from Four Square, Mad Butcher for the "Oh I forgot to get..." moments. Or simply pass the time to do the laundry in Fergusson Laundromat - a self service laundry station. Oh, and Brewtown is close too! Have a taste of local beer products with numerous craft breweries. Ride with the indoor Go-Kart track or have a go in the Ice-Skating Rink. There is also a 5-lane Ten Pin bowling alley while the young ones are in the 600 sqm Trampoline Park, or maybe join them there too. How about trying the indoor Paintball field too. If traveling with kids, Maidstone Max is one of the best playground with state of the art skate park, half basketball court, pump track for scooters and bikes, flying fox and more. They'll love it! Trentham Racecourse is also 2km away. Not too far are numerous must-visit tourist spots like Staglands Wildlife Park, Kaitoke Regional Park for the Lord of the Rings Rivendell, Te Papa Museum, Cuba Street Mall, Sky Stadium etc.
