This stunning, 4 bedroom Whangapoua accommodation is ideal for an extended family to enjoy a holiday on one of the most picturesque beaches in the Coromandel! Set right on the beachfront, this holiday home offers prime location and idyllic positioning to take advantage of outdoor living. This Whangapoua duplex (attached to another dwelling) consists of a main house plus a fully self-contained studio, accommodating up to 8 guests in total. The bach is accessed through a gate to a private entertainment deck. The beachside deck gives access directly to the beach with a generous area to soak in the sea views and enjoy the outdoor dining facilities. Step from the deck into the open-plan living area in the main house and enjoy beach views from your preferred vantage point... Situated to overlook Whangapoua Beach with floor to ceiling glass doors, you are free to enjoy the blissful views from inside or out. The modern and comfortably appointed interior ensures a relaxing stay. There are 2 bedrooms located upstairs in the main house, each with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 1 is fitted with a king size bed and bedroom 2 with a queen bed. Both bedrooms enjoy brilliant views, and the master has a Juliet balcony! The 2 story, fully self-contained studio is situated at the rear of the main house and includes 2 bedrooms. There is 1 bedroom upstairs, and 1 downstairs in the studio. Both bedrooms have a queen bed and one single bed. There is a kitchenette and a small living area in the studio, and 1 bathroom. Everything you require for dining al fresco is on hand at this Whangapoua retreat, with ample outdoor furniture, an electric sun awning and a large gas barbecue for the outdoor chef. This is beach-side living at its best with an abundance of activities to do, from swimming, surfing, boating and fishing to walking tracks, cycling and the iconic New Chums Beach.
