Nestled amongst your very own native bush, the location of Bush House is perfect for a private getaway and is only a stone’s throw away from the beautiful Lake Tekapo. This modern home away from home is spacious, clean & well equipped with everything you need. An outdoor area with BBQ & picnic table offers peace and privacy while enjoying the local birdsong & serenity. The surrounding bush can be seen from every room in the house, making you feel at one with nature. The main king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobe and sliding doors opening to the deck. The queen bedroom also opens to the deck and a third bedroom consists of two single beds. Each bed is provided with electric blankets. An additional bathroom includes a bathtub and shower. Keep cosy on cooler nights with a heat-pump in the central living area making it the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. A Smart TV with SKY TV, free WI-FI and a music centre offer plenty of entertainment. Children can entertain themselves in the native bush including a hidden path leading along the front of the house. There are two lawn areas to be enjoyed and plenty of space to park the boat! You will have sole occupancy of the entire 3 bedroom, two bathroom house. Entrance to Bush House is via a covered carport. There are 5 stairs with a hand rail to the front door where you will be greeted an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining. A few minutes walk up the driveway offers breath-taking lake and mountain views, the sheepdog memorial and world famous Church of the Good Shepherd. A 5 minute stroll will take you across the footbridge to the heart of Lake Tekapo village, where options are plentiful for your choice of cafes, restaurants or local attractions. The laundry includes a washing machine, clothes dryer and tub.

Lake Tekapo is renowned for it's stunning night sky, beautiful scenery and unbeatable climate! The area offers a wide range of activities throughout the year, including night sky tours, scenic flights, hot pools, horse-trekking, ice-skating and skiing.
