We have since carried out a full refit of this property over the course of the last year & we welcome you as a potential guest to Che Bella. We made out best effort in recycling the building materials (during the build) and preserving the nature of the house and the era from which it was built. The kitchen bench is made from the studs out of the walls, the exterior bricks on the footpath and drive are from the chimney we demolished from the middle of the living room and kitchen, the existing bathtub & floors have been fully restored with the exception of the floor boards where the chimney sat (these came from Solway Girls School in Masterton), original stained glass, windows and doors have been meticulousy refurbished, all scrim has been removed and sarking boards preserved down the hall. 1 full bathroom with claw foot bath, shower, toilet & basin and we also a seperate toilet in the garage.
