- A 2-bedroom self-sufficient apartment with undercover parking alongside. An external 240v power point but bring your own EV charger. A swimming pool is available on request. The property is a small farm with one paddock being bush and sheep and cows grazing on the balance.
- The apartment is 20 minutes from Hamilton and half an hour away from Raglan, Fieldays and Karapiro. - Less than an hour from the Hobbit village made famous by the Lord of the Ring movies.
- There is a pub, restaurant and cafe about 5 minutes away at Whatawhata.
- Mount Pirongia, our dormant volcano, is our guardian overlooking the property.
- It's a convenient stop on the way south with plenty to do.
We are an older couple who enjoy meeting people from interesting places.
A pub, restaurant and cafe are a mere 5 minutes away at Whatawhata; 20 minutes to Hamilton; 30 minutes to the Fieldays; and 35 minutes to Raglan. Karapiro, the home of rowing in New Zealand, is about 35 to 40 minutes away; the Hobbit village is about 45 minutes away.
