Dunalistair House is unique for having 4 ensuite bedrooms. The outstanding architectural features along with the incredible views make this a home with exceptional character. Many families and friends traveling together comment how special the living areas are to sit back relax and enjoy the surroundings.
I am an avid traveler and enjoy staying in holiday homes with family and friends. Hence why we built Dunalistair House the way we did - to enjoy each others company, create special memories and to explore the area.
Dunalistair House is located within the gated community of The Kinloch Club, a private and peaceful location ! Kinloch village is only a 2 minute drive away. Kinloch is fast becoming the central North Island's outdoor playground - excellent for golf, mountain biking, walking, boating, fishing and rock climbing - there is a store and a restaurant in the village. In the summer time the village fills with New Zealand holiday makers - Lots of holiday homes and baches and very relaxed people ! The area is great and safe for swimming in the crystal clear waters of Lake Taupo. Taupo town itself is only a 15 minute drive. Other attractions nearby include Huka Falls, Aratiatia Rapids, Lava Glass, Orakei Korako Cave and thermal park. Rotorua is also an easy day trip being within an hours scenic drive past the Horohoro Crags.
