Conveniently located at Frankton Marina on the shores of Lake Wakatipu, Marina Apartments - Element Escapes is just 5-minute drive from Queenstown Airport. It offers accommodation in a picturesque setting and modern conveniences for guests. The apartments have a spacious lounge area with heating/air-conditioning, a large LCD TV with satellite channels, a stereo system and an iPod docking station. Some have a fully equipped kitchen and some have a kitchenette. Free unlimited WiFi is included. The apartments are decorated with local photography and artworks. Both Coronet Peak and The Remarkables ski area are a 30-minute drive away. Please note that there is a 2.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard and a 3.5% charge if you pay with American Express credit card. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in. Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
