Property information

There is a laid-back feel to this charming traditional Scandinavian all wood interior cabin, wonderfully located in the heart of Tekapo just a 5 minute walk from the lake front and village centre. Hall’s Cabin is a cosy, budget-friendly Tekapo holiday home with plenty of soul. The new open-plan, fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a breeze. The lounge area has comfortable leather sofas and looks out onto a sheltered external deck with outdoor furniture and pocket views of the lake and mountains. This cabin is warmed by both a log burner & heat pump.

The alpine village of Lake Tekapo is renowned for its extraordinary starlit night skies, stunning turquoise lake and majestic mountain ranges. You can enjoy winter skiing & skating, summer swimming in the pristine lake, all year round star-gazing, fishing, hiking, soaking in the hot springs, golf and generally relaxing in the tranquil environment. A day trip to Mt Cook (New Zealand's highest mountain) is a must.
