It is located on a good street which is at the heart of Hamilton. Walking distance to cafe, shopping mall, and supermarket. You can reach most of Hamilton's major facilities e.g. CBD, University, Te Awa. in a short drive.
There is one large ensuite and 3 double bedrooms. 1 King bed, 2x Queen beds and 2x Single beds.
This holiday home is located in a safe and handy location. Walk distance to the Westfield shopping center, with 10 mins driving to any major facilities in Hamilton center. There are many parks, malls, and cafes close by.
