Beautifully decorated with the most amazing views of Oamaru and its harbour and sea and only a short walk to town.
Spacious open plan living positioned to capture the breathe taking views.
A very warm home just walk in and relax, you wont want to leave.
Walking distance to the Victorian Heritage Precinct, Steam punk HQ, Historic Harbour, Little blue Penguin viewing, Restaurants, Bars, Brewery and cafes all 5 minutes walk away.
