When we saw this home set on high amazing piles - we knew it was the perfect home to renovate into a treehouse for guests to enjoy. With awesome palms and monstera ferns, you feel so elevated and amongst nature. The views from the deck over to the Whangarei River are such peaceful views despite being on the main road into Whangarei Central. You are 200m from the town Basin and short walks to restaurants and nature walks. Due to being central and beside the main road - there will be road noise. Light sleepers may need to wear earplugs. We are a treehouse so there are no lawns. Entry at the top gate is down a steep ramp and entry via the bottom gate is up white chip stone steps which may be unsuitable for elderly guests or the physically challenged. Please think about these aspects of the property when you book.
Hi I'm Julie. I have multiple holiday homes in various locations and love to renovate them to share with others. Enjoy...
The location is so close to Town Basin and restaurants and shopping. We are on the main road into town central so there is road noise.
