This modern townhouse is close to the city centre on a secluded section. Up to four bedrooms available including master with ensuite. Just let us know when you book which rooms you require so that we can have them ready for your stay. Freshly decorated throughout with new kitchen, bathrooms (ensuite, separate toilet and main bathroom), smart TV with Netflix and unlimited fast internet. Take in iconic artwork of New Zealand tourist destinations and dream about your next trip. Suitable for leisure or business groups. Parking is off-street on the long driveway. No garage parking is available. Rated 4.97/5 from 87 reviews (Airbnb).
For the past 3 years we've hosted guests at our two self-contained properties (Linton Cottage and Haven on Carroll). We live close by and are generally available to meet.
City attractions include Te Manawa (1.6km), Rugby Museum (1.7km), Manawatu River Path (4.2km), He Ara Kotahi Manawatu River Pedestrian Bridge (3.6km), Victoria Esplanade (3.6km), Manawatu Golf Club (4.3km), Palmerston North Golf Club (4.5km). Drive short distances to get to Arapuke Forest Mountain Bike Park (19km), Manawatu Gorge Walk (19km), and Himatangi Beach (37km).
