Relax at this peaceful Hinemoa Point Lakes House with stunning lake views, large balcony, safe neighbourhood, beautiful natural surroundings and close proximity to city. This lakes Bach is a gem with modern kitchen, induction cook top, office set up for those needing to attend emails and is pet friendly.
Garage available to store mountain bikes o/n. Start your day with coffee on the balcony or end your day with a wine while enjoying the lake views. We welcome you to our little nook of paradise.
This house has been set up as a lakes holiday cottage with fireplace for winter or heat pumps if you prefer for convenience, modern kitchen with views to the lake while cooking, large balcony for entertaining / indoor & outdoor living and all the appliances for longer stays such as washing machine, dryer, large fridge / freezer. There is a working desk for teenagers who need to study or for checking emails. The Samsung entertainment system and surround sound is set up for movies - supported by Fibre broadband. The beds are brand new and are Sleepyhead chiropractic. Board games are also supplied. This is a very quiet, peaceful and tranquil location with views across the lake to Skyline Skyrides and Rotorua city. The grounds are there to explore and take in the views.
Please note - there is a King Single Bed in the 3rd bedroom and for extra children there is a mattress with linen available on the property. Booking dot com does not have an option to show mattress provided - its ticked as a futon bed. This is a system limitation.
