Founder of MyStays, Elle Knight, took ownership of Lakeside Accommodation in 2014 when it had just eight properties. Less than 10 years later, she has built a team of 30 staff who manage more than 70 properties around the Lake Taupo region - all via word-of-mouth. Over the years, Elle has established robust systems and processes that allow her to provide an extremely high level of service. This is then passed down to her employees, through best-practice training and development. There’s no question that the MyStays team are the experts in managing listings, marketing properties and taking care of guest communications. There is no parking in the garage due to having the pool table in here. The garage can be used to store bikes and other valuables. Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who uses professionally laundered linen & towels. Exit clean included in nightly rate. STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Security cameras – there are two cameras at the front of the property for security purposes only.
