Property information

This warm and inviting holiday home is nestled in the heart of Whitianga in a quiet cul de sac. Close to town and a short drive to the beach. The home has 4 bedrooms 3 with Queen beds and a bunk room and roll away bed suitable for children only. 1 large bathroom and an ensuite off the master. The kitchen has all the mod cons with gas cooking and dishwasher, large sunny open plan living, dining area is comfortable and light and offers a smart TV the area opens onto a generous deck where you can enjoy a coffee and chill and watch the kids play on the lawn, small dogs are allowed by request and for a small fee. There is parking for a small boat and a car the garage has been set up as a games room with ping pong table and a dart board,

Neighbourhood information

Whitianga is a wonderful town on the Coromandel, there are plenty of shops to wander around and eateries to grab a bite and enjoy a drink. There is plenty for the kids too with mini golf, movies and a great skate park and a couple of playgrounds. Buffalo Beach is a stunning sandy beach safe for swimming, kayaking or throw out a fishing rod. At the wharf you can catch the ferry over to Ferry Landing and do a walk over to Front Beach. If you feel like a drive its around a half hour drive to Hahei where the walk to world renowned Cathedral Cove starts, if conditions allow. Or head to Hot Water Beach where at low tide you can dig a hole and watch it fill up with warm water for your own beach spa. Cooks Beach is not far from Whitianga and also is a great beach and a couple of great bars which serve food and drink.
