Bedroom one has a King bed that can be separated if required, it also has doors that lead to a patio area. Bedroom two has two single beds while bedroom three has two sets of bunk beds, and this room also has doors leading out to a patio area. There is also a porta cot available if required. The open-plan living area has large bifold doors off the lounge that take you out to the patio area and fenced garden. While doors off the dining area can be opened to allow for great air flow. The kitchen is well-equipped for your stay. The fully fenced section has a fantastic lawn area and great outdoor entertaining. After a day at the beach wash off the sand under the outdoor shower, get the BBQ going and enjoy your meal al fresco. If you were lucky enough to catch some fish use the fish filleting bench to prepare your dinner! Titoki Magic is a short walk to the beach it's a great spot for swimming, surfing or sunbathing. Or take a short stroll to the shops and treat yourselves to an ice cream! There is car and the boat parking. The Matarangi boat ramp is easy to use, launch the boat and enjoy what the Bay has to offer. You can take a walk or a ride on the walkways and tracks around the village, head to Rings Beach, ride or walk the 8km track or walk along the Matarangi Beach and Spit track. Matarangi has a beautiful 18-hole golf course with club rooms and a restaurant. Every Saturday there is a village market take a wander through and buy some local produce and chat with the locals; the market is located near the 4 Square Supermarket.
