Enjoy a getaway in the heart of Matakana, in this brand new, light filled, modern, 2 level, 2 bedroom villa with open planned living downstairs that opens out to a sun-drenched tropical deck.
The Villa is situated across the road from the famous Saturday Matakana Farmers Market and walking distance to the iconic Matakana Pub, cinema, boutique shopping and many dining options.
In the area there are boutique wineries and the beautiful Omaha Beach and golf course. There is something for everyone!
