Kelburn House is my home that I live in and is only 2 minutes walk from the top of the Cable Car. The Cable Car takes you down into the centre of the city. I only rent out 1 room in my home so you will be the only one(s) staying. There is one FREE off street car parking space for guests and you can trickle charge your EV. There is no street parking and no parking for a motorhome or campervan over 1.9m in height. You will have your own private room and your own private luxury bathroom please note your bathroom is NOT an ensuite, it is across the hallway. Kelburn House is a superior Bed and Breakfast and on another platform and is classed as Superhost and Guest Favourite. I only have 1 room that I book out, so you will be the only guest(s). There is tea(s) and espresso coffee making facilities and can supply you breakfast if you want, eg cereals, toast and spreads. Do let me know if you have any dietary requirements as I am happy to look after you. You can also use the kitchen to make light meals like, reheating meals, soups, toast. You can use the clothes washing machine and clothes dryer for FREE. PLEASE NOTE: Check in times are usually from 3pm in the afternoon until 8pm in the evening, if you are going to be later than 8pm please let me know as I can make easy arrangements so that you can let yourself into our home. Check in times are flexible it just depends on other bookings. Even if the room is not ready you are still welcome to drop your luggage off early. Please note this property and street are not suitable for motorhomes as the street is parking for homeowners and not visitors. The off street parking is suitable for cars and small campervans upto 1.9m in height.

Kelburn is considered a prestige suburb with large old homes and leafy tree lined streets. There is a small shopping village 5 minutes walk away that has an excellent Indian restaurant called Yellow Chilli, 2 cafes, a pub, fish and chips takeaways, grocery, wine store, florist, hairdresser, barber, bakery. At the top of the Cable car which is 2 minutes walk away is a cafe, chemist and doctors. Please note this property and street are not suitable for motorhomes as the street parking is for homeowners and not visitors. The off street parking is suitable for cars and small campers vans upto 1.9m in height.
