The upstairs bedroom consist of a double bed separated from the 2nd bedroom with a sliding barn door. The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds . GUEST ACCESS: You will have access to the entire Bach and front area of the property. Parking is next to the Bach with access through a double sliding ranch door. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Electric car charging available with external power outlet. There is another larger holiday home on the section. Little Bay is 28 km from Coromandel township and approximately 45 mins drive on mostly sealed roads via Colville. The last 11km from Colville to Little Bay is unsealed road. Colville is the the home of the iconic Colville Store which the last shop ( apart from Waikawau camp store in summer ) that contains most of your required staple foods and also a petrol and diesel pump. The delicious Hereford and Pickle cafe also resides in Colville and is a must stop for a great coffee and some home baking. Colville is the last store so please bring most supplies with you. Guests can use all aspects of the property excluding the larger holiday home and its adjacent section. Barbecue provided but must be cleaned upon departure. Barbecue cleaning supplies are provided.

3min stroll to the beautiful white sands and Pohutukawa trees of the pristine beach . The beach offers safe swimming, diving and rock fishing. Great surf 10mins away at Waikawau Beach and a Department of Conservation campground and small shop in holiday periods.
