Cable Bay Vineyards is a privately owned, boutique vineyard estate located on the stunning west coast of Waiheke Island, just 35 minutes by ferry from Auckland City. Since planting our first vines in 1998, Cable Bay Vineyards has expanded to include a winery, cellar door and two restaurants and has established an enviable reputation for our stunning wines, outstanding food and spectacular views in an elegant and sophisticated setting, with an unrelenting focus on quality and service. Located adjacent to the Cable Bay Villa, the Guest House is a beautifully appointed modern space equipped with everything you might need for a weekend getaway. The space The studio comprises of a double bedroom with a walk in wardrobe, a generous sized bathroom with shower and toilet and an open plan living and dining area. Every detail has been carefully thought through with luxurious linen, neutral yet fresh tones and modern cutlery and appliances. Equipped with a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher you are completely self-contained. Guest access Although it's located adjacent to Cable Bay Villa, the Studio has it's own appointed outdoor space Other things to note Located adjacent to Cable Bay Villa, this luxurious Villa is perfect for groups, wonderfully designed so that guests can escape to separate nooks yet large enough to accommodate gatherings and celebrations. This property has all the modern conveniences as well as luxury additions to ensure your stay is effortless and comfortable. Villa can be booked along with Cable Bay Studio or seperately.

If you decide to bring your car across to Waiheke Island, the car ferry is a 10 minute drive away and there is plenty of parking on-site at the property. Car rental companies are located near the passenger ferry at Matiatia. We are able to provide a private Cable Bay Vineyards van on request ( subject to availability). It is possible to explore the island without a car through the many tour companies based on the island or simply use the local bus company or many taxi companies on the island.
