Magnolia cottage is set among farmland in the beautiful Waikato district, but is only 8 mins from the city and all conveniences. There is a pub and cafe 2 kms away in Whatawhata village if you'd prefer to eat out somewhere close by. There is also a small superette 5 kms away in Te Kowhai or a supermarket in Dinsdale, 8 kms away. The cottage is very private and you can chill out away from the bustle of city life. You have the use of our lovely cottage with private outdoor bath and can meander over our 15 acre farmlet at your leisure
Gail and Brent are now retired and just love sharing their unique lifestyle property with their guests. The cottage is set on 15 acres of lush farmland with many animals
Magnolia cottage is set privately 100mtrs away from the main house. The area boasts mostly farms and lifestyle blocks and is a convenient 8 kms to Hamilton city and the iconic Hamilton gardens. The area boasts a popular village 2 kms away which has a cafe and local pub.
