Self contained room, bathroom and small kitchen (microwave & bbq provided), in a brand new house. Seperate from remainder of the house with your own private entry. Close to town, with walking tracks to the wither hills directly across the road. Can accomodate off street parking for boats, camper vans, horse floats ect. We are pet friendly, however, this is at our discretion and all animals are expected to be house trained. If you are wishing to bring a pet, please discuss this with us prior to arrival. We do not allow puppies unfortunately and do not allow pets on the bed. Please note - there is an extra fifty dollar charge for pets, which is not included in the booking price. This covers the extra cleaning required before our next guests arrive. Please message me to arrange payment of this following booking. Hi! We are Ellie & Phil. Ellie is a nurse & Phil is a builder. We have just welcomed a little girl into the world so Ellie will be home to accomodate any of your needs. We also have a 2yr old black Labrador named Charlie in the garden. He may have a slight bark if he sees you but he is incredibly friendly.

We live in a brand new subdivision that is very quiet. There is a winery, a supermarket, a pharmacy and restaurants all very close by. There is also a beautiful walking track just across the road which takes you up to the wither hills. We are also within walking distance to town.
