Welcome to our comfortable and spacious three-bedroom home in central Warkworth, a quiet, safe area and only a short walk from the main shops, cafés, and bus services. The home features: Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Double bed Bedroom 3: Bunk beds (two singles) Lounge: Double sofa bed for extra guests There are 1.5 bathrooms, one full bathroom with a shower and toilet, plus a separate guest toilet. The home is light, warm, and well looked after, with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden, where strawberries grow in season, feel free to pick a few when they’re ripe! 🍓 Although this is our family home, we prepare it carefully for guests during the holiday months. The space is uncluttered and free of personal items, offering complete privacy while maintaining the welcoming feel of a lived-in, well-loved home. We simply ask that guests treat the space with the same care and respect as their own. We love living here and hope you enjoy experiencing this beautiful part of Warkworth as much as we do.

We are located in Warkworth, Auckland, a beautiful and very safe neighborhood, just a 50-minute drive from Auckland Central. It's an 8 to 10-minute walk to local shops, gas stations, and the Mahurangi River. A 15-minute walk takes you to the local museum, scenic bush walks, and historic cement works, a popular spot where locals enjoy refreshing freshwater swimming in a unique setting.
