A newly built 2 bedroom unit with a garden area situated in desirable city fringe Mt Eden / Kingsland. Quiet tree lined street close to local supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars, trains and buses. Neighbouring Ponsonby, Morningside, Epsom, City Centre, Mt Albert Rooms set up with a queen bed and a double bed.
Justin speaks French, Spanish, Portuguese and English. Behnaz speaks Farsi and English. Weather you're kiwi, or from anywhere around the world - we look forward to meeting you.
This is an amazing neighbourhood in Auckland. City fringe, which means getting into the city centre is so easy with buses, bikes, trains and other public transport like uber and scooters. If you like to walk, walking to the cit is possible. Kingsland / Mt Eden has amazig neighbouring suburbs with loads of eateries, bars and entertainement spots. Everything is very close, and so a great place to start or finish your start here in Auckland / New Zealand
