The suite is located at the entrance of Dunedins historic warehouse precinct and over looks Queens gardens. Access is by way of 2 flights of stairs
It contains a lounge, Kitchen, bathroom (2 private shower cubicles), toilets (2 private toilets), laundry - free washing machine and coin operated dryer
Carparking - There is street parking available which is paid (1.50/hr) between 9am-6pm daily, and free after hours.
There is mostly free parking on the oneway street (Cumberland st) heading south and some scattered free park on the one way road (Crawford st) heading north
Alternatively there is a paid car parking building behind the distinction hotel on bond street that charges 25/ day
