This town-house is modern and fully functional. The location is excellent being only a few minutes from Hamilton Gardens and walking distance to a block of fast food stores and is the perfect spot for a quick delicious takeaway meal.

The apartment is well-equipped,with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment has a large balcony in the second floor,perfect for entertainment guests or relaxing in the sun. 2 bedroom down stairs with shower and bath room and upstairs 1 master bedroom with shower and toilet, also lounge and kitchen with extra toilet. Bus stops are located in the entrance of your apartment Our property is close to Lake Hamilton, as well as the City, Waikato Hospital, and Hamilton Airport, all within a 3-10 minute drive. There is a New World supermarket nearby. If you are a tourist, our location will be a great choice, with convenient access to attractions such as the seaside town of Raglan and Hobbiton.
