Oasis on Belmont Lane is located in the suburb of Sunshine and enjoys stunning harbour and city views from all bedrooms and living areas. The home boasts several large living areas, including open-plan kitchen, dining and living area plus separate formal lounge and is exquisitely-appointed throughout. There are four large bedrooms, the master with ensuite. In total, there are three modern bathrooms, one of which offers a luxury freestanding soaking bath. The home is an entertainer’s and holidaymaker’s delight, with easy indoor/outdoor flow. The outdoor living spaces include a large courtyard with outdoor fire and BBQ, award-winning gardens and lawn. Guests have access to the spacious double garage with electric doors and there is also off-street parking for additional vehicles. There is a private entrance to the home and unlimited Wi-Fi for guests. The home is located just a short drive from the city and is an ideal space to relax in after a day enjoying Dunedin’s many attractions.
