Stunning apartment right on the waterfront with views to die for. We only stayed two nights but were treated with spectacular sunsets both evenings. There is everything you would need for a longer stay and the apartment itself is just gorgeous.

You'll love the spectacular views, wonderful style & comfort & fantastic proximity to local dining options, Tāhunanui Beach & Nelson city centre! **NOTES: Penthouse 37 is not recommended for toddlers/young children due to the modern wooden staircase. Please enquire before making a booking with children. This apartment has dedicated secure garaging for 2 standard vehicles. Max. vehicle height for entry to the garage is 2m. Larger vehicles can overnight park across the street and free 24-hour parking is available within a few minutes walk of the apartment building. The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated & double glazed for your comfort. Security cameras have been installed in all common areas of the building. Check in is available between 2pm and 8pm. Later check-in may be possible if needed however an after hours charge will apply. **BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.
