Split over two levels, this holiday home sleeps up to six guests over three bedrooms. The full-sized family bathroom is modern and fresh, nicely accommodating each guest. A separate second toilet is included, while downstairs is a laundry with a washing machine and tub, an added convenience for your stay. A portacot, baby bath and highchair are also available for use. An open-plan living area provides a comfortable space perfect to relax and reflect on your day of adventure! With a modern kitchen, dining table, cosy couches, wall TV with Chromecast, and high speed fibre WiFi, settle in and make yourself at home! Downstairs there is an additional living area, a perfect hideaway! There are plenty of games, books and puzzles to keep everyone entertained. A large deck and concrete patio will let you take in all the scenery, including the Waikawa Stream and Reserve over the road. Make the most of the outdoors with a dining set and a sun umbrella! Situated on a suburban section, there’s ample of room for cars and the boat. When it’s time to explore, stroll down to Waikawa Marina. Here there is a secure berth available for guest use! Boats must be no more than 8 metres in length. Base yourselves in Waikawa while you explore the surrounding areas and attractions, including Queen Charlotte Walkway, dolphin watching, kayaking adventures, the Marlborough wineries, to name a few.
