All parking must be booked prior to arrival by contacting the hotel directly. On arrival, guests are requested to check-in first in order to receive a parking permit and access card.

Please note that as there is a height restriction of 1.9 metres and a width restriction of 4 metres, no vans or large vehicles will be able to enter the car park.

The hotel has a strict no noise and no party policy after 22:00 hours.

The hotel allows a maximum of 2 extra guests per room between the hours of 08:00 hours and 22:00 hours. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior approval by the hotel management.

Please note a NZ $1 credit card at the time of check-in to act as a bond to cover any incidental charges found after check out. Alternatively, A $250.00 cash bond be paid at check-in which will be refunded, less any incidental charges.
