Located right in the heart of Dunedin, less than a block from the Octagon, this superbly appointed landmark property has been lovingly refurbished throughout and will absolutely delight!
Ideal for those seeking an inner-city luxury pad close to all of Dunedin’s main attractions, this one bedroom apartment caters for groups of up to 4 guests with one bed and a sofa bed available, please let us know if you wish to use this.. Whilst there is only one open-plan living space, further room to spread out and relax is available throughout the home, with lovely nooks provided in the larger bedroom.
This is a upstairs apartment, so access is up a flight stairs, it offers a new kitchen plus dining and living area at the front, with views of St Pauls Cathedral Church. A large heat pump ensures this area remains lovely and warm in the cooler months. This also offers one bedroom with 1 a queen bed and fold out couch is in the living. Modern Bathroom with shower and new washing machine and dryer. All rooms are well-appointed and tastefully decorated.
This is the ideal base for graduations, concerts, sporting fixtures, family gatherings and those wanting to enjoy Dunedin’s many restaurants and
