When you book a property with us you will receive detailed self check-in and check-out information. You will know that your property has been expertly cleaned and thoroughly checked before you arrive. You’ll have some basic essentials in the cupboard, the linen will be crisp and the towels will be fluffy. We are all fortunate to live locally and will be on hand if you need us during your stay. Is it time for you to forget about your car and enjoy a few days of rest and relaxation at the beach? Our stunning apartment at Eleven Maunganui is the perfect place for just that. Two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms an open plan living area and modern kitchen. New furniture was installed in early 2021 so the furnishings will be different to picture. Superb views from all the rooms. Enjoy meals and chill out on the balcony in the shadow of Mauao. With the popular Café’s, Copenhagen Cones, Hot Pools, Main Beach, Pilot Bay Harbour and magnificent Mauao just moments away this is the perfect choice for couples or a family. Our apartment is located on the 8th floor of this 9th storey block. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a king bed in the second bedroom you can choose a king bed or twin single beds. The kitchen is modern and newly fitted out with everything you need for cooking in. On the third floor is the outdoor heated pool is perfect for doing laps. Or enjoy a soak in the 38 degree hot pool. The main pool is unheated in July & August. The Spa pool is heated all year round. A small gym is on the ground floor. Two secure car-parks are yours

At the end of the peninsula the iconic Mauao stands elegantly at 230 meters tall. Hike up or walk around and the enjoy stunning views. Downtown Mount you’ll find a laid-back strip of shops, bars & restaurants that offer all day dining most with alfresco tables. Pilot Bay offers sheltered year-round swimming and kayaking. Head to main beach for surfing or just chilling and swimming. Keen golfers have the choice of two world class courses. 10 minutes’ drive away is the recently upgraded BayFair shopping centre with 150 shops and restaurants and the new United seven screen cinema.
