Located a two minute walk from The Octagon, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. This large (115 sq m) apartment is part of a Heritage listed former hotel built in 1888 that has had a total refurbishment two years ago. Everything you need for a short or extended stay, with secure free on site parking, this 2 bedroom apartment will really provide a unique Dunedin experience whilst providing a private, warm and relaxing space to chill or use as basecamp.
This was my home so I know it and the area well. I renovated it over 2 years and loved living there. It was completed to a high standard & I love a reno projects and this was featured in the Resene online magazine and stuff. co. nz
The apartment is right in the centre of Dunedin, surrounded by cafes, pubs, restaurants, galleries and shops. A very walkable city with so much to see including the famous Otago Farmers Market every Saturday. You can be two minutes' walk to the absolute centre and also be 5-10 minutes' walk to the harbour. If you've a car, then there are wonderful beaches everywhere with so many interesting features and wildlife. A laid-back city, with a lovely pace and friendly people.
