The Beach House seamlessly flows to the expansive deck, ideal for soaking in the sun and beautiful views while having BBQs with your loved ones. A peaceful rear garden backing onto the native bush reserve is also directly behind the property. Relax and listen to the waves of Pauanui Beach and native birdsong. The location is just a 1km flat walk to swimming, skatepark and the vibrant town centre. There are plenty of activities to enjoy in and around Tairua - head to the world-famous Hot Water Beach and Cathedral Cove, just a 30-minute drive away. Go for a boat tour or enjoy fishing, kayaking, trekking, etc. Escape with your loved ones to a beautiful hideaway - The Beach House is waiting for you! Please note that there is another dwelling on note that the singe beds in the loft are not suitable for adults due to the steep ladder and note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
