When you book a property with us you will receive detailed self check-in and check-out information. You will know that your property has been expertly cleaned and thoroughly checked before you arrive. You’ll have some basic essentials in the cupboard, the linen will be crisp and the towels will be fluffy. We are all fortunate to live locally and will be on hand if you need us during your stay. Our Downtown Mount beach house is located on one of the premier road’s in Mount Maunganui – Oceanview Road. Once you’ve parked up you won’t need your car for a couple of days as all the highlights of the Mount are with in strolling distance. With open plan living opening out onto the deck, cool comfy bedroom’s, and modern kitchen you’ll have everything you need for that family or friends break.

Located in the fabulous Bay of Plenty, Mount Maunganui is famous for its endless white sand beach, year-round surf, Pilot Bay Harbour and beautiful Mauao. At the end of the peninsula the iconic Mauao stands elegantly at 230 meters tall. Hike up or walk around and the enjoy stunning views. Downtown Mount you’ll find a laid-back strip of shops, bars & restaurants that offer all day dining most with alfresco tables. Pilot Bay offers sheltered year-round swimming and kayaking. Head to main beach for surfing or just chilling and swimming. Keen golfers have the choice of two world class courses. 10 minutes’ drive away is the recently upgraded BayFair shopping centre with 150 shops and restaurants and the new United seven screen cinema.
