The Blue Beach House offers a true holiday experience- located in one of the most sought after avenues in Mt Maunganui, it is close to everything the Mount has to offer yet tucked away down a quiet right of way. Within easy walking distance to the beach , restaurants , cafes and shops. Sitting elevated allows you to enjoy sea peeps from the spacious deck and living room. Sky TV and Apple TV are on offer as well. Take a seat on the sunny window seat or put your feet up with a book on the hammock - it's all here!
The space
The Blue Beach House offers guests 2 bedrooms - 1 with a queen bed the other with 1 set of bunks and a double bed. The beach house is sunny and elevated with a large deck offering sea peeps. Parking spaces for up to 3 cars and enough room for a small boat to park. Within a short walk to the beach, Mauao and downtown Mt Maunganui.
Other things to note :
Please note that the house next door to our property is undergoing a renovation so there will be some construction noise Monday to Friday until the end of March 2025. There won’t be any work taking place on the weekends. We have substantially reduced the midweek nightly rate to compensate for any inconvenience caused by noise.
There is a drug sensor alarm installed in this property.
Sky TV and Apple TV are available at the property.
Beach towels available on request only and we ask that they are washed and dried on departure.
Please note that we have a strict no party policy and prefer family groups. If you are looking at booking this accommodation with a party in mind please look elsewhere.
