The Dunes at Fitzroy Beach are a modern twist on the kiwi beach bach. A private complex with 4 units located only moments to Fitzroy Beach, reserve, golf club and Coastal walkway. An easy 5 min walk to the vibrant Fitzroy Village with its cafes, bars and boutique shops and quick stroll to the Waiwhakaiho Netball courts. All this and still only a quick 5 min drive to the city centre.
