This is a studio converted from an old blacksmith shop. It is located 250 metres from the main street of Paeroa, cafes and shops and a 500 metres to the Hauraki Rail Trail. The studio is located at the rear of a private home and has its own access and a private courtyard.
I am a retired registered nurse and enjoy providing accommodation for visitors to the town.
Corbett Street contains a number of character cottages which have been renovated over the last 5 years.
