Tikitere Lodge is unique and set in beautiful lush private grounds. Lake access to beautiful crystal clear waters, with access to kayaks and jet ski. Family friendly or come as a group of friends wanting a much needed weekend away. Peaceful, spacious and each room has their own bathroom. Sit and relax in front of the roaring fire at night with a glass of wine, or hop in the gorgeous hot tub to soak away the stress of the day. Lovely grounds to roam around, or take a walk around all the established native trees. Next door we have a maze and white water rafting so adventure for all. We as hosts welcome you to our beautiful home and hope that you will become part of our family. "You come as strangers, and leave as Whanau". Family have ties to a local gym and are happy for you to share the experience.
Experienced hosts with extensive knowledge of the area having been born and raised here. With a proud Maori heritage we would like to share our knowledge of the culture with you in a very special way. From a business background we know how to operate a successful business. We have a strong community connection and believe in giving back. Reference I have know Anne & Matt for some time and they are a lovely couple who will welcome you into their home with open arms and make your stay very special. Lynette (Amberly House Rotorua) Hosts live onsite in entirely seperate dwelling.
We are located off state highway 30, central to Rotorua CBD, Tauranga, Te Puke, Whakatane. We have white water rafting and the maze next door. Located in beautiful grounds and lake front access we offer privacy and peace and quite. There are no sulphur smells on the property and within 5 mins of the Rotorua Airport.
