This sunny and warm house provides an ideal base for a Tutukaka Coast holiday. The house is 5 minutes drive from Tutukaka Marina in peaceful Ngunguru village. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with an extra outside shower for beach washoff. An outdoor BBQ area and bbq are provided along with shaded outdoor dining. The garden backs on to a walking reserve at the estuary where you can walk to the sea (5 minutes) and the playground (10minutes). Boat ramps are easily accessed along the coast. The house is kept renovated however is in constant use, so some surfaces are not brand new. Leather seating, a 6 seater indoor dining table and a breakfast bar provide plenty of space for the family to enjoy. There is an adjacent apartment, which does not share the house areas. The apartment may be vacant or in use while you are staying. The only shared aspect with the apartment is the access gate from the car park. I have uploaded a photo of the property and how that apartment fits.

Hi, Im Paul, our holiday house is functional and fairly basic which suits our holiday lifestyle. I surf, dive and fish on the coast and Ngunguru has everything I need.

Ngunguru is the village of the Tutukaka Coast. It has flat easy walking access to safe swimming, boat launching and estuary walks. You can walk tot he playground 15 minutes, skatepark, 20 minutes, shop 20 minutes, pizza, cafe and takeaways 20 minutes. There are short walks to estuary side views of sunrise and sunset. The house backs on to a walking reserve so you can play and kickaball and also access a nature walk right out the gate.
